Upload files for the same system, such as a ZIP export, logs, JSON or CSV exports, plain-text notes (.txt or .md), or previous AIGovXRay report PDFs. AIGovXRay works best with ZIP packs and text-based evidence files. Word documents and other rich-document formats may not be parsed reliably yet. If you upload only two or more previous report PDFs, it will create a comparison report and show possible drift over time.

Privacy Policy

This notice summarises how the public AIGovXRay MVP handles information. The data controller is VANDOULAS IOANNIS SINGLE MEMBER P.C., trading as Mechapiens, GEMI 193339258000, with registered seat in Vrysses, Chania, Crete, Greece.

Data we process

For a Web Scan, AIGovXRay processes the URL you submit and publicly observable website signals. For a Deep Scan, it processes the files and evidence you choose to upload. It also processes limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the service, including IP address, request metadata, security logs, session identifiers, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification results.

Purpose and legal basis

Submitted information is used to perform the requested scan, generate and deliver its report, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service. Processing is based on steps taken at your request to provide the service, GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and Mechapiens' legitimate interests in operating and securing it, GDPR Article 6(1)(f). We do not sell submitted evidence or use it to train public AI models.

Zero-retention workflow

Uploaded source evidence is removed after analysis. Full-detail reports are temporary delivery artifacts and are removed after download or subsequent workspace cleanup. You are responsible for retaining any report or continuity capsule needed for future reference or drift comparison. Limited operational, security, audit, and minimal job metadata may be retained where necessary; security logs are normally retained for up to 30 days unless an incident requires longer investigation.

Infrastructure and transfers

The MVP uses AWS infrastructure in the European Union and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Providers process data only as needed to host, secure, and operate the service. Where a provider involves an international transfer, Mechapiens relies on applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or provider data-processing terms.

Your choices and rights

Do not upload credentials, private keys, unnecessary personal data, regulated data, or material you are not authorised to submit. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Requests can be sent to contact@mechapiens.com. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the public AIGovXRay MVP provided by VANDOULAS IOANNIS SINGLE MEMBER P.C., trading as Mechapiens. By submitting a scan, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Authorised use

Use AIGovXRay only for websites, systems, and evidence you are authorised to assess. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and scope of submitted material. You must not submit malicious files, probe or disrupt the service, attempt to obtain infrastructure details, bypass safeguards, or use outputs for unlawful activity.

Evidence and report rights

You retain rights in submitted evidence and grant Mechapiens a limited licence to process it solely to perform the scan, generate the report, communicate results, and protect the service. Mechapiens retains its rights in the AIGovXRay software, methodology, templates, analytical methods, report structure, and know-how. Unless otherwise agreed, you may use the delivered report internally and share it with professional advisers, auditors, regulators, insurers, investors, counterparties, or customers for governance and assurance purposes. Public publication or use of Mechapiens branding requires prior written approval.

Temporary delivery and continuity

AIGovXRay is not a customer archive. Uploaded source evidence and temporary full-detail reports are removed according to the zero-retention workflow. You are responsible for downloading and retaining any report or continuity capsule needed for future comparison.

Nature of results

Results are automated governance observations based on evidence available at scan time. Missing, incomplete, inaccurate, inaccessible, or outdated evidence may affect findings. Reports are decision-support artifacts, not legal advice, certification, regulatory approval, a security assessment, or a guarantee of compliance, completeness, availability, or system security.

Availability and enforcement

The MVP is provided "as is" and "as available" and may change, experience interruptions, or apply usage limits. Mechapiens may reject, suspend, or terminate activity it reasonably considers unauthorised, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, excessive, or harmful to the service.

Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mechapiens is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-interruption damages. Aggregate liability relating to the public scan flow is limited as described in the full Terms of Use. These terms are governed by Greek law and, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the courts of Chania, Greece.
